Our Beliefs: We believe that Christian education is derived from, and dependent upon the Bible as God’s revealed Word.
The Bible is authoritative. We believe that Christian Education has at its philosophical base the claims of Christ, and His declarations of who He is. We believe that Christian Education is whole-child centered: the body, mind, soul, and social components are all of equal value. We believe in distinctive curricular approaches: -Integrated Curriculum: We view all subjects as related and dependent upon each other. -Early Introduction of Foreign Language: Creating mission-minded students. -History is taught biblically and chronologically. -Emphasis on the Arts: Fostering the imagination and conceptual thinking. -Communication Skills: Writing and speaking with grace and truth -Word-Centric: Value of the written Word of God. We believe that love is the foundation upon which all education is accomplished. Students are to be loved and formed, they are not just subjects sitting in a classroom. We believe in the importance of worship in the educational realm. We believe that education begins in the home. We accomplish these goals by creating a personalized educational goal for each student that evaluates their learning needs and compares that to the standards that are required for their development. Once these assessments are made, a personal plan is structured for the student, and followed closely to ensure that they are enabled to achieve at the best of their ability. We feel that classroom size is very important, and keep to a higher ratio of students to teachers. At a maximum, we strive to maintain a 15:1 student to teacher ratio (The current California average is 21:1 students to teachers). We hold to the same doctrinal beliefs as Calvary Chapel Romoland We believe in the inerrancy of Scripture, that the Bible, Old and New Testaments are the inspired, infallible Word of God. God is eternally existent in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human, that He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, provided for the atonement of our sins by His substitutionary death on the cross, was bodily raised from the dead, ascended back to the right hand of the Father, and ever lives to make intercession for us.
